I can’t say enough great things about Eastern. I contacted Lisa at Eastern for help with my ficus trees as they were infested with whitefly. I previously hired another company but saw no improvement to my trees so I reached out to Lisa who was highly recommended to me. She put together a whole plan for my trees. The before and after pictures are incredible. The company also has great communication. It is very easy to get in touch with the office and the team is always on time and I like that they email with updates if there are ever any changes. I liked Eastern so much I moved my home pest control to them as well. Gency came to do my initial pest control treatment inside my home and was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. 10/10 highly recommend Eastern Exterminating!
We recently contacted Eastern Exterminating to help with an ant infestation in our bathroom that the previous company spent 2 months trying to correct with no result! Billy was great in determining the source of the ants and getting rid of them for us. He was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. He was constantly following up with us to see ensure we were seeing results!! Thanks to Billy and his team we have been ant free now for several months! We are thankful to Billy for his excellent service when he came back to our property to clean our pavers that were stained from the fertilizer they had spread in our planters after an unexpected rain event had occurred the following day that washed the fertilizer out onto the pavers. He did an excellent job cleaning our pavers! He has always taken excellent care of our yard which is thriving!
Billy is taking care of my law and plants for years, always smily, happy and doing his job great. My plants and law looks great.
